Commitment to Diversity
At SEBC, we are committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in every aspect of our work. As an ABA agency, we recognize the unique backgrounds, experiences, and identities of the individuals and families we serve, as well as those of our team members.
We believe that meaningful progress in behavioral health and therapy begins with respect and appreciation for each person’s individuality. Our commitment to diversity includes—but is not limited to—race, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, age, ability, religion, socioeconomic status, and cultural background.
We strive to ensure our services are accessible, culturally responsive, and tailored to the unique needs of every client. We actively seek to recruit and retain a diverse team of professionals and foster a workplace where all voices are heard, respected, and valued.
Through ongoing education, reflection, and collaboration, we aim to dismantle systemic barriers and create an environment where all individuals feel safe, seen, and supported.
At SEBC, diversity is not a checkbox—it’s an essential part of who we are and how we grow, together.
